Non-Refundable Scenarios
Customers are **not legally entitled** to a refund if:

They change their mind or no longer want the goods.

They cause the fault (user damage).

They chose the wrong item.

They find the item cheaper elsewhere.
Exchange & Refund Process

As soon as your returned item is **approved by Access drug**, the refund or exchange process begins.

**In the case of unavailable stock:** The returned item would be sourced and delivered to you in **not less than 48 hours**.

If the item becomes permanently unavailable, the payment must be **credited completely** to you. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
