Return & Exchange Policy

Under the **Trade Assurance Protection Agreement**

Eligible Returns

Access drug facilitates refunds or exchanges under these circumstances:

  • Product Fault or Expiry
    If the product(s) are faulty or expired at the time of purchase.
  • Inaccurate Description
    If the product(s) are not as described by the store.

Mandatory Return Conditions

  • Original State
    The returned item must be in its original package, unopened, and with a receipt of purchase.
  • 14-Day Limit
    We must receive the return within **not more than 14 days** from when the purchase was made.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Customers are **not legally entitled** to a refund if:

  • They change their mind or no longer want the goods.
  • They cause the fault (user damage).
  • They chose the wrong item.
  • They find the item cheaper elsewhere.

Exchange & Refund Process

  • As soon as your returned item is **approved by Access drug**, the refund or exchange process begins.
  • **In the case of unavailable stock:** The returned item would be sourced and delivered to you in **not less than 48 hours**.
  • If the item becomes permanently unavailable, the payment must be **credited completely** to you. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
